****SOLD, SHIPPED**** Here's a sharp looking M70 Super Grade in the very difficult to find .220 Swift caliber. S/N 182*** with matching bolt made in 1951. 98% Blue everywhere except the floorplate balance point which shows a bit more carry wear. The wood is just as nice, but does appear to have had a light rub of finish at some point in time. It has not been sanded. All of the original Super Grade components are present, although the full length gold bead front sight may be a replacement, since it is not stamped Redfield. The barrel is 26" and made of stainless steel. Nearly all stainless barrels were first treated with a film of iron oxide and then blued, with the muzzle crown left in the white, as is this one. Overall, quite a nice and fairly priced rifle in a wicked fast and fun chambering!
