****SOLD, SHIPPED**** Here's a difficult rifle to find. This is a beautiful standard weight 243 Win. with the desirable steel butt plate. S/N 398*** with matching bolt made in 1957. Most .243s were made as featherweights with relatively few standard weight rifles produced. Of those, the majority were later guns with the plastic butt plates.
The overall condition is excellent, showing 98% Blue throughout. The wood is nearly the same, with just a few scattered light surface marks.
The bore and mechanics are excellent.
