On Hold Sale Pending Circa 1850's Antique Kentucky/Pennsylvania mule eat (side hammer) in very good condition.
Total length 52 inches with a 34.5 inch barrel and 45 caliber rifled bore in good condition. The dark walnut stock is in very good condition with several brass inlays and a German silver nose cap. The mule ear side hammer lock functions fine and the nipple is in good condition. The trigger guard, but plate and 3 ramrod guides are brass. The barrel has both front and rear sights. The lock and barrel have a dark brown patina. Overall a good looking Kentucky rifle. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
