WINCHESTER M-94 LIMITED EDITION 1894-1994 CENTENNIAL RIFLE , NEW IN BOX. The end label on the box which lists this rifle by serial number is marked "GRADE 1 LIMITED EDITION CENTENNIAL RIFLE, .30 W.C.F. (.30-30WIN) 26" BARREL/SIGHTS, MADE IN USA" ETC. Unfired and new in the original box with paperwork, Centennial Model manual, hang tag etc. These are truly beautiful rifles that were made in 1894 and show beautiful traditional 1894 engraving of a standing deer in a circle with scroll on one side and a running deer in a circle with scroll on the other side. The barrel has all the old, early Winchester style markings along with "1894-1994" on the right side and Manufactured by the U.S. Repeating Arms Co., New Haven, CT, USA Plus the old style "Winchester Proof Steel Especially for Smokeless Powder" marking, also like on early rifles. Similarly, the upper tang has the earliest style Winchester 1894 markings with patent date like on original, early production rifles. The Centennial Model was a deluxe configuration with very fancy walnut, pistol grip stock with Winchester embossed hard rubber grip cap (like early original delux(6 photos) e rifles), checkered pistol grip and forend, 26" half octagon barrel and half magazine. Sights consist of a buckhorn rear with elevator bar and blade/bead front sight. These are truly stunning rifles made in the U.S.A.
