Description:
This Custom Mauser Model 98 fitted with a 19 1/2-inch barrel and a beautiful straight grain Mannlicher oil finish walnut stock. This rifle is blue finished and chambered in .35 Remington. This rifle is in excellent condition with the stock having only a few very minor handling dings/handling marks. The .35 Remington, still in commercial production, was introduced in 1906. This medium-power rimless cartridge is considered a fine round for deer, elk, black bear, and other game if ranges are reasonable. .35 Remington
