This Browning Belgium A-5 Light 12g w/Rd Knob was mfg abt 1965. The gun's bluing is abt 98% w/no
edge wear. The bolt is a bright & shiny polished steel - It appears as new. This nice browning
appears to have been used only modernately.The receiver is abt 98% w/no edge wear. The Trigger Housing
is the same.
The Buttstock has some handling marks w/some thinning of the finish but also w/o any cracks.
It's abt 80-85%. The forearm is very good w/some light handling marks at the bottom rear and w/o any
cracks or finish thinning - abt 90%. The action is normal,
The Barrel is a 26 inch w/a ** Modified Choke & a Ventilated Rib. The bore is nice & shiney. The
Muzzle hasn't any edge wear.
Overal I would rate this Browning A-5 as an "NRA Good to Very Good" and a perfect choice for both the
entry level collector & hunter.
