***SOLD**Savage Model 99 .308 Winchester lever action rifle, dated to 1958. This rifle features the iconic 99 lever action design and mechanism, made famous by its rugged reliability in the deer woods, with an internal rotary magazine, and smooth lever action mechanism. The rifle is in excellent working order with a fully functional action and a nice bore, with some areas of finish wear due to age. The rear sight is missing and the front sight has be filed down, and the butt stock appears to be a later replacement, while the forend appears to be original. A Weaver K4 rifle scope is fitted to the receiver. Please refer to the photos for overall condition. This is a classic woods rifle in a very practical cartridge, ready for many more years of use!
