Description:
This Sharps reproduction is a Shiloh Rifle Mfg Co. "Old Reliable" chambered in 50 3¼ caliber. This rifle was manufactured by the Shiloh Rifle Mfg Co while they were located in Farmingdale, NY. The serial number is 1643. Shiloh moved to Montana in 1983. It has a case-hardened receiver and butt plate, a fixed blade front sight, an adjustable folding ladder rear sight, double triggers, and a 30" octagon barrel. It retains a superb amount of the original factory blue. It is in very fine condition metal and furniture. The butt plate shows the beginnings of some minor pitting and the barrel has several small areas showing some minor flecking. .50 Caliber
