Description:
This venerable bolt action rifle is a Winchester Model 70 Featherweight chambered in 6.5X55 Swedish. It has an ornate checkered fleur-de-lis stock, sling mounts top and bottom, an original Winchester hard rubber butt pad, Schnabel forearm, light weight and high grade walnut stock. The bluing is in overall excellent condition, with some noticeable loss at the muzzle. The rubber butt pad does have a small nick on its edge, the underside of the forearm shows some light marring, and there are some very light handling marks noticeable to the stock. The 6.5X55 Swede is an exceptionally accurate round at distance. 6.5x55mm
