Superior condition this MAS 1936/51 looks about new and maybe been arsenal refurbished long afo, as they were used in WWII , then rebuilt to model 51 and refurbished, and used in the VietNam War as well as colonial uprisings. With a excellent 24" bore, shiny clean and strong rifling. Mag floor plte matches the receiver number.Caliber is 7.5 X54mm. The French walnut is excellent and a thin crack under the nose cap from the recoil of the gernade launcher as is commonly found. Matching bolt. Comes with the internal stored bayonet and a leather sling.When buying a gun always have it examined by a competent gunsmith before shooting.
