Description:
On Hold Sale Pending Antique Circa 1850 Kentucky/Pennsylvania half stock rifle. Total length 51 inches with a 36 inch octagon barrel with front and rear sights. The bore is approximately 35 caliber with good riffling. The lock is marked RB with double set triggers that function. The trigger gaurd and but plate are brass. The stock is either maple or walnut and has a old coat of varnish or shelack and a German silver nose cap. The lock and barrel have a brown patina with pitting near the breach.
