Description:
24 inch barrel with a near excellent bore. Metal retains about 95% of a nice refinish. The floor plate is marked "Weatherby Custom" in a ribbon along with some light floral engraving. The left side of the action is marked with Mark V, patent No., Weatherby, South Gate Calif made in Japan. Top of the action has 4 drilled and tapped holes to accommodate a scope. The fluted bolt is marked "647" . The checkered Monte Carlo stock has a left side cheekpiece and features the #16 laurel leaf carving with abalone inlays, sling eyes, rosewood grip cap and a Weatherby recoil pad. Comes with the original Weatherby hang tag.
