Description:
We are pleased to offer a very early production P37 Femaru in 380 ACP with matching serial numbered magazine with finger extension. The overall original bluing would come in at a bold 98% with slight wear at the rear of the frame on the left side. The pistol has a very good bore, and extremely nice original grips. This pistol was manufactured from 1937 until 1944. The left side of the slide has FEMARU-FEGYVER ES GEPGYAR R.T. 37M. 120270 The bottom of the magazine is stamped 37M. Hungary was an ally of Germany and in that period almost all the production was taken by the Germans, who issued the pistol in 7.65mm to both the army and the air force. Some undoubtedly went to the security forces as well. (9mm BS was not a standard caliber for the German service, (while 7.65mm Browning was.) They are considered a prize to find one in .380 ACP caliber because this caliber was highly favored by the German pilots. In order to complete the transaction, we will need a copy of your FFL, or when appropriate C&R of your choice for shipping purposes. For payment we will accept personal checks, money orders, certified check or cashiers’ check, all major credit cards.  Credit cards are acceptable with a 4% up-charge for processing. Personal checks require 8 business days to clear the bank, all other forms of payment receive same day as received shipment. Shipping and full coverage insurance is $50.
