Made by Josef Hambrusch in Ferlach Austria the European Mecca of gunmaking. Gunsmiths have been making guns in Ferlach since ca. 1550 Josef Hambrusch is the oldest gunsmithing & manufacturer of hunting guns in Ferlach. First documented in 1752 they will celebrate their 265th anniversary next year. S/N 3906 a very clean example of their work only shot from the bench never hunted.
