Description:
20 inch round barrel chambered in 38-55 caliber with a full length magazine tube. Bright shiny bore with good rifling. Sights include an ivory- beaded blade front sight and a "climbing Lyman" receiver sight. There is a blank in the rear dovetail. Barrel and mag tube show a good amount of blue with handling wear overall. Frame has aged to a gray color with traces of blue in the protected areas. Mechanics are good.. Wood has the usual handling mars but is generally in good condition with some added finish having been applied a long time ago. Crescent buttplate. Comes complete with Factory Letter.
