This is a dside by side 12 gauge shotgun made in Germany by Merkel. This is a model 47E with 28" barrels. This has the case hardened receiver with single selective trigger. This is a Merkel USA Trussville,Al. importewr. Gebr Merkel Suhl made in Germany. Manufactorers date 12/76. Barrels are marked VBZ 1/2. This firearm is in excellent condition. There are no nicks or scratches on the wood and no visable wear on the blueing. Thank you
