Extremely rare Smith & Wesson nickel plated kit gun in 22 LR made in 1940. Original box in good condition. Smith & Wesson Historical Foundation Letter included. Nickel plating has a few areas of flaking on the crane, barrel, cylinder and under the grips. Barrel is 4". Excellent timing and lockup. Excellent bore. Diamond round butt grips. The Blue Book of Gun Values indicates that there are only three known pre-war nickel finish Kit Guns in existence. Express insured shipping $90. Credit cards are OK with no additional fee.
