Description:
Serial #11666SA, .38 Special, 5 1/2" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a beautiful, 1957-made revolver that has 95-97% of the original blue remaining with only some minor silvering at the muzzle, tip of the ejector rod housing, and along the high edges and projections. There is a bright turn-ring on the cylinder, and the frame retains nearly all of the lovely and bright original color case-hardening. The grips are the original checkered black resin with Rampant Colts and are in fine condition with some very mild flattening of the points, some minor surface wear along the edge of the butt on both sides, and some ingrained dirt within the checkering. This is a very handsome 2nd "Genny" Colt, in fine-near excellent overall condition, and chambered in a comparatively easy to get cartridge. FFL or C&R
