SOLD SOLD SOLD This Danish made Remington Rolling Block rifle has an as new bore in the 35 1/2 inch barrel. The stock has been lightly cleaned at some time in the past and a light coat of varnish has been applied, but the cartouches and markings are visible, It was converted from the rim fire cartridge 11.7x42R MM to the more powerful and modern (at the time) 11.7x51R MM centerfire straight cased cartridge by the Tojhusot Armory that originally made the gun under license from Remington Arms. This would be a great gun for a shooter in black powder antique military matches. The cartridge is about the same power as the 45-70 round.
