This is the 2008 Model 70 Limited Edition, made by Browning in Morgan, Utah during the transition between the closing of the Winchester plant in New Haven, Ct and FN gearing up to produce the Model 70 in their Columbia SC. facility. This Limited Edition incorporates the controlled round feed bolt system and laser etched floor plate. .270 Winchester
