Made in 1949 (we have 2 made in 1949, the 2d gun not listed yet has just a little less conditon and can be purchaed for 100.00 less) Just after the war, this beauty has been carefully used and carried in the woods of the North East not far from where it was made in New Haven Ct. Carry wear on the receiver but almost no evidence of use otherwise; full blue on barrel and mag tube and no dings or marks on stock worth mentioning. It appears a little finish may have been added to the stocks over the nealy 75 yrs since it left New Haven in 1949 but NOT refinished.
