From a mid-west going out of business sale, a new stainless steel S&W model 629-3 44 mag. cal. with a 8 3/8" barrel, new in the correct factory box with all papers and factory cleaning kit (see photos). At the sale they said this was a limited production pistol and was made in the 1990's (see photos). I bought this gun as new and unfired, and after close inspection it is obvious to me it has never been fired.
