Description:
Beautiful Winchester 21 Trap grade 12 ga. in near mint condition. I do not have an actual factory letter in my possession, but it has come to my attention from a reliable source that this shotgun was in fact factory reblued and has a factory replacement butt stock due to a wrist crack. I never would have believed it looking at it, but probably due to the factory applied finish. The former wrist crack was apparently caused by an improperly inletted "relaxing" trigger for the left barrel. That remains, but with proper inletting in S/N 25786. 98% Blue with a few minor scuffs/takedown marks, 99% perfect and highly figured wood. Factory issued solid red recoil pad. Rare 32" ventilated rib barrels choked Full and Full. 2 3/4" chambers. I can not detect any distortion, looseness or edge wear on the rib. Nearly new inside and out and a true work of art.
Stock dimesions are: 14 1/4" LOP, approx. 1 1/2" drop at comb, 2 1/4" drop at heel.
