I can and strongly prefer to ship DIRECTLY to buyers that live in states that do not REQUIRE the use of an FFL
license holder. The buyer MUST consult with an FFL license holder OR their State Department of Justice to
ensure it is legal to receive smokeless propellent at their address. The BUYER will pay for the TOTAL UPS ship-
ment cost PLUS HAZMAT FEE to their address. My responsibility ENDS once your package is delivered to the
UPS depot. ANY loss or damage is the responsibility of UPS. The package can be INSURED at the purchasers
expense. Will accept a USPS Money Order, a Money Order from a MAJOR Bank, or a personal check. The instru-
ment the purchaser uses must CLEAR before SHIPMENT. Once payment CLEARS, please allow 15 calender days
for delivery and tracking information will be provided.
For buyers that live in states that REQUIRE the use of an FFL license holder. Your FFL license holder MUST email
a JPEG image of their license to me. The BUYER will pay for the TOTAL UPS shipment cost PLUS HAZMAT FEE
to their FFL license holder's address. My responsibility ENDS once your package is delivered to the UPS depot.
