Description:
1955 Marlin 39A with factory drilled and tapped scope mount holes. I believe these guns were sold to Sears, and I imagine scope sales were brisk for the 39As with this feature. It doesn't appear that this gun ever had the scope mount installed. Overall condition of the rifle is Very Good, JM marking ,with a few light marks in the wood and minimal surface rust. This rifle can cycle a mix of .22 short, .22 long, and .22 long rifle. $50 shipping fee.
