The Smith & Wesson Equalizer new micro-compact represents the next evolution in concealed carry handguns. Taking on some of the best features they have been able to create, this is the ultimate CCW. Chambered in 9mm, this balances power and capacity - the Equalizer ships with 10, 13, and 15-round magazines. A new optic cut pattern allows the user to mount the most popular micro red dots on the market for enhanced accuracy. They have integrated their easy-to-rack technology to cater to a wide variety of needs in the market. It features a single-action trigger that allows for a short take-up, clean break, and fast reset to make follow-up shots quicker. The 3.675" barrel gives a longer sight radius for more accurate use with iron sights, and it features a picatinny-style rail to mount lights or lasers for defensive situations. The Equalizer features a new grip texture and pattern designed to give you more control when firing, and more comfort when carrying.

During the firearm purchasing process at The Sporting Shoppe, our customers can cancel their order at any time prior to signing out the firearm in their name.
However, the following non-refundable fees apply:
6% Processing Fee (3% for initial transaction and 3% for refund transaction)
14% Restocking Fee
$35 Paperwork Withdrawal Fee (RI Residents)/ Return Shipping Fee (Out-of-State)
For Out-of-State purchases, a $35 Return Shipping Fee will be applied, and original shipping fee will not be refunded. All fees listed above still apply except the Paperwork Withdrawal Fee.
**Percentages above are based on the full transaction balance, regardless of customer’s initial deposit amount.
Firearms damaged in shipment will be refunded in their entirety.
*3-Day Inspection Period applies to all used inventory. Customer has 72-hours from firearm arrival at their FFL to inspect, and if there is an issue their FFL may contact us for a cancellation.
**3-Day Inspection is void once customer takes possession of the firearm, no refund will be returned.
Customers have the option to be refunded the difference onto a credit/debit card or opt for store credit to apply towards a future purchase.
No refunds will be given in cash at any time.
Once a firearm is signed for and released into the customer’s name, a cancellation is no longer applicable.
FIREARMS TRANSFER POLICY/ IN AND OUT FROM A DIFFERENT GUN DEALER
- $75 transfer fee per firearm for non-members, $45 transfer fee per firearm for members.
- No discounts for multiple transfers.
- All transfers not picked up within 30-days will accrue a $75 per month storage charge fee.
- We DO NOT transfer firearms out for guns not sold through us.
- Private party transfers are $75 per firearm for non-members and $45 per firearm for members.
