It includes the original box, paperwork, scope rail, etc. There is a very small mark on the edge of the front sight post as pictured, but if I didn't tell you it was there you probably wouldn't notice it. Shipping is a flat rate of $25 from me, an FFL to your FFL. If you're local to NC you're welcome to arrange to pick this up in person.
