Shipping is actual cost with a minimum of $30.00 for pistols and $50.00 for rifles/shotguns to ship to most of the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Alaska may require an extra fee. Description:
This is a very nice light rifle. Suitable for hunting small to medium varmints, the Rossi RB17 is one of the modern bolt-action rimfire rifles available on the market. The RB17 uses a 21.0” long, free-floating barrel for increased accuracy and a detachable magazine for quick reloads. The stock is made of polymer which offers far better resistance to the elements than a wood stock. The rifle’s light weight (5.0 lbs. empty with scope mounted) makes it easy to transport. This rifle is equipped with a nice Nikko Stirling 3-9x40mm Mountmaster scope. The detachable magazine holds 5 rounds. The rifle is in excellent condition with little in the way of wear or signs of usage. There is no rust or pitting in the bore, but there is plenty of copper fouling present. Cleaning patches run down the bore come out green in color. Effectively, the finish is in 100 percent condition. The stock has no scrapes, gouges, or dents. Trigger pull is fairly short. A cutout in the stock allows for easy reach of the safety with the trigger finger, though this only applies to switching the rifle from “safe” to “fire”. The RB17 would make a very nice varmint rifle for use on a farm or ranch but it would be just as suited for a youth learning how to shoot. There is no box.
