Rare W&C Scott Combination gun made in 1874. A 12 gauge / 45/100 Van Choat. Included are 3 loaded cartridges. Exceptional condition. Fine scroll engraved. Original case color. Original stock finish with sharp checkering. Bores are pristine. Shotgun barrel measures .728 with cyc choke. Chamber measures 2 5/8". Rifle bore has strong lands and groves. Locks are rebounding and have three positions; at rest, half cock and full cock. Steel buttplate with "widows peak". Gun is fully functional. No cracks to wood. No loose ribs. Tight on face. Rear fixed sight markled "100" with one flip up marked "200". Top rib is engraved " W&C Scott, Makers, London". Rifle barrel is engraved "Van Choat 45/100 Cal 77 Grains". Weight of the gun is 10 LBS 1/8 OZ. Shipping is $75. As an antique this gun can be shipped directly as local law allows.
