This model Colt was very popular on both sides of the law during Amican prohibition gangster era of the twenties and thirties. John Dillinger had one in his pocket wnen he attended Chicago's Biograph theater that fateful night with the " Lady in Red". Pistol comes in a replacement numbered to gun box with owners papers.
