A 1968 production 20ga Browning Superposed "Lightning" up-graded to Grade IV by master engraver Angelo Bee with 28" ventilated rib barrels chambered for 3" shells and bored Modified and Full chokes.
The Intricate game scene engraving is relief cut and features a vixen, bringing game to her pups in a den on one side and a fox catching pheasant on the other, both vignettes surrounded by oak leaves.
The round knob, long tang stock of marbelized well figured French walnut is checkered in a classic point pattern with a length of pull of 14-1/4" over a Browning plastic butt plate.
At 6lbs-11oz, a classic bird gun engraved in a seldom seen pattern by one of Browning's master "graveurs".
