***SOLD, shipped*** Here's a superb rifle/scope combination in an exceedingly scarce style and vintage. This is an 83 y.o. near mint and undrilled Pre War 300 H&H Bull Gun! S/N 22*** with matching bolt made in 1939.
Only 1862 300 HH caliber Bull guns were ever made, the vast majority encountered being of post war production.
This rifle has it all: Supreme rarity and very high condition throughout with all original finishes showing 98% Blue and 97% Varnish. Desirable early features of polished carbonum blued receiver, rust blued barrel, undrilled rear receiver bridge, frost blued extractor, and to top it all off an equally mint, premiere quality and highly sought after Litschert Spot Shot 15X scope.
Massive 28" Extra Heavy barrel. Bore and mechanical functions are flawless.
