COLT 1911A1, "ALL ORIGINAL", SN#736569, MFG: 1941, "RATED AT 98%", Originally Issued to: Major Edward Jones, US Army Air Corp Reserve, Manufactured after Transition to Parkerized Finish. SN on Slide & Frame Match, Correct Wide Spur Hammer, Barrel Marked "COLT 45 AUTO", on lower left Chamber, "P" on left Barrel Lug and "G" on underside in front of Lugs. Early Original "Coltwood" Grips, with Concaved Rings around screws and No Reinforcing Ribs on Underside. Milled, Checkered Short Trigger. Heat-Treating visible on first two inches of the Slide. "RS" in rectangle just under slide stop. "P" next to Magazine Release. "T" over triangular Proof on left side of Trigger Guard. "69" Stamped on Right Side of Trigger Guard. Trigger Pull: 7lbs, Weight: 2.44lbs. Correct Mag "R" on Tab, C-R on bottom of Mag. Excellent ,Bright Bore. Ships to Lower 48, W/Insurance, $70.00
