This is another nice Model 70 from my collection. It is a Pre War gun with all the Pre War Features. 20 lines per inch checkering, Rust Blue barrel, 1st Verson saftey, Pistol Grip Stock, superior craftstamship of the early guns. It has been tapped, but otherwise its original. The bore is great. I dont own guns with bad bores. The Blueing is 98%, The finish is in the 90s, The sight is the Lyman Hunters version. 48 WSJ.
