Payment Types Accepted: check, money order Description: NEW PRICE! For you consideration is an Imperial Japanese Arisaka Type 38 infantry rifle. The Type 38 was the main battle rifle of Japanese imperial expansion during the 1930s (while the later Type 99 was the rifle used in defense that Empire). As a testament to this the rifle for sale was produced in Japanese-occupied China in 1941 at the Mukden (Manchuria) Arsenal. The rifle is in great condition with excellent wood and metal as you can see. The rifle is chambered in the very comfortable shooting 6.5x50 Japanese caliber and has a nice bore with strong rifling. Serial numbers are matching on receiver, bolt, and bayonet lug. Action is a bit sticky but functions decently. Mum is ground. A very solid Type 38 from a lesser-known but historically important arsenal. Please let me know if you have any questions and thanks for looking! Dan Price: $419 Ships to your FFL for $59.
