THIS RUGER WAS PART OF A MANUFACTURING OVERRUN FROM THE EARLY 1980'S AND WAS ONLY OFFERED TO MEMBERS OF THE RUGER COLLECTORS ASSOCIATION. ALL OF THE PAPERWORK AND CERTIFICATES COME WITH THIS REVOLVER.
