Jean Tanazacq's exceptional and extremely rare "Natchez Bowie" made in 1980 witt the rarely seen two markings on blade ( Map of France and wild boar). first such model to be constructed. Blade is 11-3/8" by 1-3/4" by well over 3/8" steel stock. Rosewood handle, extra large brass guard and matching brass butt cap. Contained in the original brown leather scabbard bearing the wild boar carving. After 1984 any knives made byTanazacq were only stamped with the wild boar logo. Only two such models were ever produced between 1980 and 1984.
