The Barrels are nice!thick mirror bore  London Extra Fine Damascus factory blackened? the best type of barrel of the day totally serviceable. I've shot trap with this And actually shot as good as my trap gun but I'm not a real trap shooter. Jp also made one of the best American quality shotguns along with trade shotguns some of which are not valued too high.  outstanding measurements weight is under 7 pounds !!! Chokes are .694 & .700 Are Full and light Full LOP Is 14" comb is 1 5/8 inches drop a heel is 2 7/8 inches, the barrels 30 inches. With a nice doll head extension and a beautiful engraved rib, the barrels are solid and ring true no pits, little Bluing wear And nice case coloring.  this would impress your friends at the trap range I believe it was made as alive Pigeon trap gun Buy with confidence .Action is like a bank vault and it is not a heavy gun for field use.
