REMINGTON MODEL 25, 25-20 WCF. 24" BARREL, 100% BRIGHT BLUE ON BARREL AND MAGAZINE TUBE, MIRROR PERFECT BORE, FIXED FRONT SIGHT, STEP ADJUSTABLE REAR SIGHT. FRAME AND TRIGGERGUARD HAVE 100% BLUE. THE ONLY BLUE WEAR IS ON THE ACTION SLIDE.
PISTOL GRIP SMOOTH WALNUT STOCK, RIBBED FOREARM, CRESCENT STEEL BUTTPLATE. THE VARNISH FINISH IS NEAR PERFECT, THE LEFT SIDE OF THE BUTTSTOCK IS STAMPED "PROPERTY OF KANE & KENDALL COUNTY. ILL. BANKERS FED.".
MADE IN 1924, THE FEDERAL BANKING SYSTEM PURCHASED REMINGTON MODEL 25 RIFLES FOR PROTECTION AT BANKS IN THE MIDWEST. VERY COLLECTABLE GUN IN AMAZING ORIGINAL CONDITION. I DOUBT IT WAS EVER FIRED.
