Beautiful High Condition 1926 Colt SAA wearing a 7.5 inch barrel and Ivory one piece grips. Chambered in .45 Colt in 90% or better original finish condition. Tight action with shiney bore and strong rifling. Blued finish remains excellent throughout with thinning in areas, case colors good on frame with roll marks crisp and legible. Colt Archives letter ordered. Numbers on frame and grip frames match. One piece Elephant Ivory grips have aged to a pleasant Gold Yellow color showing good grain, there is a crack showing near top on left side but grip remains solid and function not affected. It's delightful to find a first generation Colt SAA in this caliber and configuration in this beautiful condition . Sale is for gun and Colt Archives letter only. Display box not included.
