Description:
This is a nice cased LONDON 1849 Colt Pocket pistol. It is serial #10215 and was manufactured in 1856. It comes in an original English oak case that is fitted with red cloth which is in good condition. The mechanics are solid and work well.This is a 5 shot cylinder with a 4" barrel. The gun is London proofed with original finish on grips, and has iron backstrap and trigger guard. All numbers match. There is about 60% or more case hardening colors on frame and trigger and traces of blue throughout. Stagecoach cylinder scene is about 95% complete and looks very good. I did not remove the wedge. The are a very nice and rare metal powder flask and bullet mold which is correct for a London gun. Also has original case key. Reduced $1550.00 OBO. 607-760-1973
