The 97D Rifle is a small frame single shot rifle that's suitable for big game as well as small game and varmint hunting. It's a Falling Block style action that originally evolved from our World Champion long range, record setting BF Ultimate Silhouette Pistol. Essentially, EABCO learned how to make guns and barrels by meeting the demands of long range accuracy and hard hitting cartridges... In the crucible of silhouette competition.
For Comparison the 6.5 BRM Cartridge is a little longer than the 6.5 Creedmore and is developed from the 6.5x55 Sweeding cartridge and optimised for acuracy. Excellent cartridge for 0-300 yd med - large game sight in 2.5" high at 100 yds 0 at 200 yds and -10" at 300 yds
