Description:
The Winchester Model 25 was known as the "non-takedown" version of the model 12. The gun was only produced from 1949 until 1954 and remains in very good overall condition. This is an earlier 4 digit serial number. Wood is solid with no cracks, but some flaking finish and wear with scratches and discoloration. Blue appears original but has several areas of pitting on barrel and receiver. Large area of blue worn to bare metal on left top of receiver. Bore is bright. Butt plate has been replaced with another ill fitting Winchester checkered black butt plate. 12 Gauge
