This Colt Cobra is chambered in .38 Special. The serial number (56031M) indicates that this revolver was produced in 1977. The shrouded ejector rod and Baughman-style ramp front sight is common for a second model Cobra made from 1972 until 1981. Colt's "Rampant Colt" logo stamp is easily visible on the frame. This gun's small profile makes for an excellent conceal carry pistol for self-defense, or this would be an excellent piece for any collection. .38 Special
