Description:
One of 33 Hard Chrome Colt Detective Specials sold by Lew Horton in 1994. Other features include a Bobbed Hammer, Custom Tuned Action, and Front Night Sight (that has long ago gone dim). This example is complete with serial number matching outer cardboard box/blue plastic clamshell case and all original paperwork. Also included is a Colt Archive letter and Lew Horton letter confirming the original configuration and production numbers. The condition of the recoil shield and cylinder face indicate little, if any use. Mechanical functions as new. The original Hard Chrome finish and factory rubber grips show virtually no wear and are near 100%. A downright scarce and complete collector package that would be difficult to improve on at any price. Price includes shipping FFL to FFL.
