We sold this rifle new. It has been fire 11 times! All the items are in as new condition. Comes as shipped new from Bushmaster with added scope. Two box mags 10-rnd, Pelican hard case and original outer box. Millett scope is rated for 50 BMG use. These rifles were hard to get 10-12 years ago and no longer available from Bushmaster. This was the best value for a 50 cal rifle period! Seller is moving to Florida. We are FFL# in Ohio. Please make sure you are able to own this rifle in your city and state, call your FFL# and ask. We will not ship this to a prohibited address. Payment by check prefered, item will ship after funds has been posted. This is a heavy bulky item to ship.
