Description:
This is an excellent French Manurhin Walther PP, chambered in 7.65mm and manufactured in about 1960. The slide and frame are mismatched, but the number on the slide is in the same serial range (95000). Import mark on the left side of the frame. The gun comes with its original matching-numbered box, matching-numbered test target, owners manual, cleaning rod, and two finger extension magazines. One of the magazine bottoms has police-style numbering but is not matching to the gun. This pistol was most likely issued to the French police force, as evidenced by the French police-style lanyard loop on the frame. It has retained about 96% of its high polish finish. There is light spotty wear along both sides of the slide, concentrated mostly around the muzzle and high edges of the slide. Some light scratches here and there. Minor dulling on the grip straps. The bore is shiny with strong rifling and some very light freckling in one spot.
