Description:
This N-frame single action/double action 6 shot revolver is a Smith & Wesson Model 57 chambered in .41 Magnum. The .41 Magnum round is a mid-velocity cartridge offering more power than a .357 Magnum, but without the recoil of the .44 Magnum. This handgun has a fixed serrated ramp with orange insert front sight, a micrometer click adjustable white outline notch rear sight, a serrated trigger, a raised serrated rib, a serrated backstrap, a shrouded extractor rod, and original S&W emblem wood checkered grips. It is in overall excellent condition, showing only minimally noticeable light handling marks. It comes with wooden display case. The felt material lining the display case has broken down and will require replacement. This revolver was made in 1973. .416 Remington Magnum
