Winchester 62A Gallery Gun
22 Short Only
Gallery triangular loading port
Receiver does not have the typical Winchester marked on the side with a roll die
23" barrel with bright bore
Serial number indicates early 1941 manufacturing date, last serial number for 1940 was 116393 which makes it a very unique "pre-war" 62A Gallery Gun without roll marking
Bluing is excellent for a Gallery Gun. It shows very little wear and doesnt appear to have been used much
There are a few minor blems on the top of barrel near half way between sights
Wood retains all original finish and shows some dings
