This 1909 Argentine Mauser appears to have never been issued or used, and it does not have any import markings meaning it has been here since before 1968 when the marking requirement for importers began. Rifle is all matching with all the proper proofs, stamps, etc. - just about as good of an example as can be found for this particular Mauser rifle. The actions from these rifles in lesser condition have been in high demand for use in making custom rifles as the quality of this particular model is very high on the list of desireability.
